A Novel Microscale Gas Generator

Abstract
This paper describes the structure, principle, and technological requirements of a controllable microscale gas generator. Experiments show that this kind of gas generator can be used in chemical laboratories to prepare different gases and that it is easily compatible with other microscale apparatus.
