Abstract
This article describes how to construct two small, simple, and illustrative galvanic cells from metal wires, nails, pencil lead, floral foam, culture plates, light diodes, and some simple solutions. These galvanic cells are for qualitative use and should suit various grades and curricula.

Chemistry Teacher Connection

CTC subscribers receive access to all articles and supplements from 1996 through the current issue.
