Abstract
An online conference sponsored by the Executive Committee of the ACS Division of Chemical Education (DivCHED) was held on October 13–30, 2006. The conference is one of the CONFCHEM (CONFerences on CHEMistry) offerings of the Division’s Committee on Computers in Chemical Education. Robert Belford (University of Arkansas at Little Rock) served as the discussion list manager, John Penn (University of West Virginia) was the Web site manager, and Leon Combs (Mississippi State University) handled scheduling and oversight. Abstracts, papers, and the discussion archive for each paper can be found online (1). This is a summary of the main points made in the discussions.
