| Purchasing Policies |
Orders from individuals must be prepaid. Business and institutional purchase orders are accepted with the addition of a small fee to cover costs. Payment must be in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank by magnetically encoded check, credit card, or international money order payable to JCE Software. There is a $30 charge for returned checks. Credit card payment via MasterCard®, VISA®, and American Express® are accepted.

| Preview and Returns |
JCE Software is a journal; there are no exchanges, credits, or refunds.
Computer software is not available for preview. Videodiscs may be previewed for 21 days upon payment of a small fee plus shipping costs; the preview fee may be applied toward the purchase price.

| Warranty |
Due to the very nature of the media, computer software cannot be warranted. The user thus assumes the responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the quality and performance of the disk.

| Shipping Charges |
Ground shipping is included in the price of each issue. Rush shipping (air express) is available for a charge of $15 per item in the U.S. and $30 per item international.
